Getting Help with CARS
There are 5 ways to get help.
- Top navigation help
- Page-level help
- In-page element help
- Hover text
- Trouble ticket
Top Navigation
General overviews of system function can be found in the "Help" at the top of the page in the black bar.
Page-Level Help
Click the "Help Topics" menu on the right-hand side of each page for more detailed information about and instructions for functions specific to that page.
In-Page Element Help
Detailed information about specific functions is designated by a purple "i" next to certain in the middle of each page.
Hover Text
Some elements (especially buttons, icons, and column headers) have explanatory hover text.
